Exciting Part-time Hotel Sales Internship Opportunity for December 2025 - May 2026! We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Sales Intern to join our Sales & Marketing team. This internship offers hands-on experience in hotel sales, providing the opportunity to develop essential skills in client relations, market research, sales support, and event planning. The intern will work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and team to support initiatives that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • You must be a junior or senior year college student in good standing
  • Preferred major in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Marketing, or Business; or have completed relevant coursework
  • Previous internship experience a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be service-minded and have a can-do attitude
  • Must be able to provide own housing arrangements in city of internship

Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and researching potential clients and market trends.
  • Support the sales team in managing client inquiries, proposals, and contracts.
  • Maintain and update sales databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Participate in sales calls, meetings, and networking events.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of sales events, promotional campaigns, and site tours.
  • Coordinate with different hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations for internal meetings.
  • Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales.
