About The Position

Join the sales team at Hotel Indigo Nashville – The Countrypolitan, a boutique lifestyle hotel in the heart of downtown Nashville. We are seeking a detail-oriented, hospitality-driven professional who is looking to grow a long-term career in hotel sales. This role serves as a critical support function for the Sales & Events team—ensuring seamless execution of group bookings, accurate system management, and exceptional client communication.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of hotel Front Desk or Reservations experience
At least 1 year in a Sales Coordinator or similar role
Proficiency in Opera PMS required
Experience with group creation, rooming lists, and billing within IHG systems preferred
Delphi experience is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs as needed

Responsibilities

Create and manage group bookings within Opera PMS , including rooming lists, pickup tracking, and inventory adjustments
Assist with billing processes, folio review, and client voucher reconciliation
Serve as the primary point of contact for group pickup reporting and internal distribution of resumes and BEO packets
Support Sales Managers with administrative coordination and client follow-up
Maintain accuracy across systems and ensure all group data is aligned with brand and operational standards
Collaborate with Front Office and other departments to ensure successful group execution
