About The Position

NOBU Hotel Atlanta, the state-of-the-art addition to the world-renowned NOBU Hospitality brand, is currently seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as a Room Attendant. In this role following the Nobu, philosophies you will clean guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness. You will be responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints while ensuring the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms. We are looking for people with positive attitudes and exceptional communication skills who can work a flexible schedule that accommodates the needs of the business. Essential Functions Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards. Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended. Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day. Transport cart with cleaning supplies, amenities, and linens to assigned guest room and position securely. Service assigned guest rooms. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • One or more years’ experience in a service industry, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Computer and technical skills
  • Experience with Opera Cloud, Hotsos helpful
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to collaborate with team
  • Ability to operate with high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time
  • Work schedules vary depending on the needs of the business
