About The Position
Comfort Suites-Near Universal Orlando Resort-5617 Major Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32819 We are currently looking for a Room Attendants to join our Team! Our Comfort Suites ® Near Universal Orlando Resort offers 101 cozy guest suites with 25% more space than a traditional hotel room. Our suites are the perfect place to relax and spread out after a busy day on the go. Our convenient location is in the center of it all, giving guests easy access to all the top attractions, including SeaWorld, Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Aquatica. A daily complimentary breakfast is offered to all guests. The Comfort Suites is one of the 50 hotel properties owned and managed by the award-winning hotel management company, Buffalo Lodging Associates. A Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our guest rooms and suites. Role: Clean rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor ensuring quality of cleanliness and customer service. This includes cleaning floors, vacuuming, changing linens, making beds, cleaning bathrooms. Reporting discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor. Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel setting or open to training.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to work alone or as part of a team.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
- Can navigate a cart weighing up to 100 lbs., and lift, carry up to 25 lbs.
- And most importantly an engaging personality.
- Full Time opportunity - must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Starting Rate of pay is $16.00 per hour.
