About The Position

Witham Family Hotels is seeking a Full-Time Year-Round Hotel Reservations Agent to join our dynamic Central Reservations Team. Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in hospitality, reservations, or customer service preferred
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems (training provided)
A team-player attitude with a positive outlook
Must be available to work on Sundays, evenings, and holidays
Must be within a local commuting distance to Bar Harbor, Maine

Responsibilities

Answer incoming guest calls and emails regarding availability, rates, and property details
Accurately book and modify reservations in the system
Deliver excellent customer service by handling inquiries and special requests with professionalism
Collaborate with front desk teams to ensure reservation accuracy
Stay informed about property promotions, policies, and local events
Process payments, cancellations, and booking adjustments
Manage group reservations and unique booking needs efficiently
Address and follow up on guest concerns promptly
Perform other duties as needed
