Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Six months related experience and / or training
- OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Operate switchboard systems with courtesy and efficiency, handling all incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls with attention to detail.
- Manage hotel reservations, ensuring accurate and prompt input into our booking system.
- Provide helpful information about Casino and Hotel services, including dining, entertainment, guest services, and local travel directions.
- Assist callers by answering inquiries, recording messages, and resolving guest requests in a timely manner.
- Complete clerical duties such as sorting mail, preparing envelopes, stamping coupons, and shredding papers as needed.
- Support Front Desk operations by coordinating with Guest Service Managers and addressing any guest-related issues.
- Deliver top-notch customer service, ensuring every guest interaction is positive and helpful.
- Additional duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of our hospitality services.
