About The Position

This is responsible for being a proactive and relationship driven recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This role focuses on sourcing and attracting top talent for key leadership positions across our portfolio of hotels. This position thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building lasting partnerships with internal leaders and external institutions.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience as a proactive recruiting experience preferably in hotels.
  • Proven ability to fill leadership roles through proactive sourcing and networking
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Experience using ATS platforms
  • Experience with LinkedIn recruiter, Indeed and Glassdoor platforms
  • Willingness to travel for university relations, careers fairs and hiring events

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source, screen and engage candidates for senior hotel leadership roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand property level and regional staffing needs.
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using creative sourcing strategies and networking.
  • Build and manage relationships with universities and hospitality management programs to promote the company’s employer brand.
  • Organize and attend career fairs, campus recruitment events and hospitality school presentations to identify emerging talent.
  • Collaborate on the design and implementation of summer internship programs with university partners.
  • Utilize our applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment analytics to track progress and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Stay informed on hospitality industry trends, compensation benchmarks and competitive talent movements.
  • Assist the department with other duties and projects that support the department’s goals.
