About The Position

At Parks Hospitality Group, we are looking for a summer intern to assist various departments within the hotel and gain practical experience and insight into hotel operations. This internship program offers hands-on training in multiple hotel functions, providing valuable skills for future career advancement.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a hospitality management or related degree program (minimum GPA of 3.0).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Rotate through different departments (Guest Services, Housekeeping, F&B, etc.) to understand each department’s role in hotel operations.
  • Assist with daily tasks and special projects to support departmental goals.
  • Shadow team members and attend meetings to gain insights into hotel management.
  • Help improve operational processes and services based on observations and feedback.
  • Provide guest assistance as needed and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Assist department heads with assigned functions and tasks, learning systems, tools, and software.
