Responsibilities Checks the front desk accounting records (cash, check and credit card services) for accuracy and then compiles information for the hotel’s financial records. Tracks front office operating statistics such as room revenues and occupancy percentages. Posts room charges and room taxes to guest accounts. Run end of day process / night audit process on the Property Management software and prepares reports for management. Performs duties of the Front Desk Agent and functions as the night manager on duty in the absence of hotel management and front office supervisors. Maintain patience and composure, exemplifying excellent guest service with upset, angry, and/or frustrated guests using compassion and empathy to uphold hotel’s commitment to hospitality. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor and wears hotel uniform at all times. Respects guest privacy and maintains confidentiality. Attends all mandatory department, casino and/or training meetings. Follows all department and casino policies, procedures, and regulations as required. Ensures compliance with Tribal, State, Federal, and NIGC regulations. Ensures control/protection of company assets as applicable. Work nights, weekends and holidays as required. Performs other duties as assigned.
