About The Position

Overview The Night Auditor is responsible for welcoming and h andling all guest transactions in a quick, accurate and pleasant manner. Bosselman offers on-demand pay (access to earned but not yet paid wages) through: ront Desk Responsibilities Ensures uniform and personal appearance are clean, professional and falls within brand standards as well as the Bosselman handbook. Greets and registers guests; handles guest relations in a professional manner. Collects the proper payment including any cash deposits. Makes reservations via phone or walk-in. Answers phones in a friendly manner by stating the Hotel name, city and your name. Maintains a clean work area that is stocked and organized at all times. Brews and serves coffee as needed; maintains the coffee area ensuring cleanliness and it is fully stocked Strips linens and towels from the rooms upon guest check out. Sorts and begins laundry as it arrives in the laundry room. Ensures the lobby and laundry area is clean and in working order. Thoroughly cleans and maintains employee restroom and lobby restrooms. Performs all laundry functions including sorting, washing, drying and folding. Sets up and verifies all wake-up calls. Balances all invoices, cash and check transactions upon end of shift. Executes all night auditor procedures. Attends all scheduled department meetings. Completes all shift duties by the end of each shift. Practices all company safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for employees and customers. Performs light shoveling and salting of sidewalks and entryways during winter season. Completes all brand standard and Bosselman training. Provides friendly and competent customer service with a smile. Reports for work in a timely manner when scheduled with regular and consistent attendance. Additional Job Duties: Assists in other duties, as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications E ducation and/or Experience (include certs or licenses needed): Motel/hotel, retail or guest service experience preferred. Minimum Qualifications: Must be able to work well with others and independently. Must have reliable transportation and phone. Must have basic computer skills. Must be available to work holidays, weekends, or any time needed. Must be able to communicate in English. – IF APPLICABLE Able and willing to deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service. Able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members.
