About The Position
The Hotel Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is a pivotal role that embodies the essence of luxury hospitality. The Hotel Manager will work closely with the onboard General Manager to ensure that every aspect of the guest experience is meticulously crafted and executed. This includes overseeing all onboard revenue departments such as the Boutique, Spa & Wellness, Entertainment & Enrichment, and Art & Shore Collection. The role requires a leader who is not only focused on operational excellence but also on creating an emotional connection with guests through anticipatory service and attention to detail. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for driving the onboard culture, ensuring that all team members are equipped to deliver the Ritz-Carlton's Gold Standards. This includes regular audits of the guest experience, implementing feedback mechanisms, and fostering a collaborative environment among all departments. The position also involves strategic oversight of revenue management, where the Hotel Manager will analyze financial data, develop systems for tracking performance, and implement strategies to exceed budgeted targets. The role is dynamic, with responsibilities that may evolve based on the needs of the business and the guest experience. In addition to operational responsibilities, the Hotel Manager will play a key role in people management, promoting a culture of recognition and wellness among the team.
