This job is second in command in a regional hotel serving primarily as General Manager in the absence of the Regional Operations Executive/General Manager. The position involves overseeing the day-to-day operations and assignments of the hotel staff, assisting the Regional Operations/General Manager in the development and communication of departmental strategies and goals, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. The role also includes managing various hotel functions such as front office, food and beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and sales to achieve financial objectives and maintain quality standards.
