Additional tasks include sweeping and mopping stairwells, removing trash from public areas and office waste cans, and completing basic maintenance repairs as per work orders when maintenance staff is unavailable. The position requires a 15-minute response time to guest requests that affect their comfort, needs, or security, such as issues with TV, HVAC, plumbing, light fixtures, and door locks. Landscaping tasks such as mowing grass, weeding, shoveling sidewalks, salting grounds, and watering plants are also part of the job. Responsibilities may include any tasks assigned by the Manager on Duty.
