Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or related education preferred but not required
• 6 months related experience preferred
• Knowledge of general maintenance procedures
• Current valid driver’s license preferred
• Problem solving skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawn areas in a well-groomed manner
• Replace damaged ceiling tiles, floor tiles, and wall coverings
• Perform preventative maintenance to equipment on a scheduled basis
• Responds to routine calls, prioritized by guest service needs
• Keep parking lots and adjacent areas in sanitary manner
• Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters
