About The Position
As a member of the property maintenance team, the Maintenance Technician contributes to the hotel's commitment to high quality guest experience and teamwork by safely and efficiently maintaining the property. From overseeing plumbing and electrical to HVAC and pool maintenance, you assist with general facilities upkeep. Your day will begin with a well-laid out schedule likely including preventative maintenance and grounds work and will be adjusted to accommodate the anticipated work orders reported by your fellow hotel teammates and guests. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the highest level of quality work to ensure minimal disruption to guests. Embracing technology and technological systems to better your property is essential.
Requirements
- "MacGyver" type handy-man skills with basic experience in construction trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, heating and air conditioning (PTAC cleaning), painting, caulking, and any similar skills.
