Hotel Maintenance Engineer
About The Position
We are actively looking for experienced Maintenance Engineers, preferably with previous hotel experience, who are skilled and well-rounded in basic repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, wall repair, hanging vinyl, furniture renewal, wallpapering, basic hand tools, and painting. Complete repair tasks as assigned by management and fulfill guest requests in guestrooms and/or public areas of the hotel Report any technical issues and maintenance needs Address guests’ queries (e.g., on additional services) Follow hotel security guidelines
Requirements
- Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, wall repair, hanging vinyl, painting, etc.
- Ability to complete the physical requirements of the job
- Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)
- Mechanical Knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
Nice To Haves
- Previous hotel experience is a plus
- HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities
