About The Position

It is the primary responsibility of the Hotel Maintenance Engineer to maintain and repair all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment throughout the property. This role also assists in daily operations, provides technical and administrative support to management, and ensures that all maintenance activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair all equipment related to the successful operation of boilers, compressors, refrigeration equipment, generators and all equipment that is driven by steam, electricity, gas, air, diesel, water or any other power developing energy which has to do with or is related to the operation of all mechanical equipment
• Inspect, maintain, and repair equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems
• Complete work orders
• Walk daily routes and make necessary repairs
