About The Position

We are hiring for a Maintenance Personnel at the Grand Rapids Residence Inn. This position involves making repairs and learning about how things work, contributing to a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests. Requirements

• 6 months to 1+ year of hotel maintenance experience preferred
• Passionate about hospitality and creating an exceptional guest experience
• Ability to perform daily maintenance engineer checklist
• Ability to maintain and repair buildings' plumbing and electrical systems
• Ability to identify and report needed repairs to the parking lot and sidewalks

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance engineer checklist
• Maintain and repair buildings' plumbing and electrical systems
• Replace worn or defective parts such as switches and fuses
• Identify and report needed repairs to the parking lot and sidewalks
• Perform all other duties as assigned
