About The Position

The Hotel Maintenance team member at AKA Beverly Hills is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel facilities. This role involves diagnosing and repairing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and drywall issues, as well as performing preventative maintenance on equipment. The position requires a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of service and professionalism to meet the needs of residents and team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years prior experience with a hospitality organization.
• Knowledge of the proper use of both hand and power tools.
• Proficiency in English both written and oral.
• Previous painting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performing and diagnosing electrical, plumbing, appliance, HVAC, and drywall repair.
• Performing preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Accepting and completing work tickets with detailed notes.
• Maintaining a positive working relationship with all team members and residents.
• Ensuring that the highest standards of service and professionalism meet our residents' needs.
• Reporting and documenting any issues to management that could cause concern for the safety of our residents.
