About The Position

The Lot Attendant at Margaritaville Resort Fort Myers Beach is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services while managing parking operations. This role involves accurately collecting and reconciling revenue, parking reports, and ensuring guest vehicles are parked and retrieved efficiently. The Lot Attendant must maintain a friendly demeanor and uphold the company's standards of customer service throughout the guests' stay.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles and perform parallel parking.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer and cash register skills preferred.
• Ability to read and write in standard English.

Responsibilities

• Accurately collect and reconcile revenue and parking reports.

• Complete shift reports and categorize tickets for audit purposes.
• Secure guest keys and maintain claim checks and vehicle inventory for billing.
