About The Position

The Lobby Ambassador at Marriott Vacations Worldwide plays a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by providing warm greetings, information, and assistance to Owners and guests. This position is focused on creating memorable vacation moments and ensuring that guests feel welcomed and informed during their stay.

Requirements

• Sales or customer service experience.
• Ability to interact with guests in person or by phone.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as reaching overhead, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and welcoming greetings to all guests.
• Utilize tools to screen targeted customers and connect them to a Marketing Executive.
• Supply Owners and guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
• Ensure proper coverage and execution throughout the lobby and maximize interactions during peak arrival periods.
• Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
• Assist with strategies to drive Marketing efforts and Site Volume.
• Take inventories and ensure all desks in the lobby are stocked with appropriate levels of supplies and collateral.
• Anticipate and address guest needs professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals and follow company policies and safety procedures.
