About The Position
Core Linen Services is a leader in hospital and hospitality laundry processing services around the country. Our focus is on service, quality and safety which enable our clients to provide essential services to their patients and guests. The Company operates across 20+ states and is a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, based in Miami, FL. Dry Cleaning presser and production personnel. Must be detail oriented & reliable.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience with various types of dry cleaning, pressing, and folding machines.
- Minimum high school diploma or GED Equivalent
- Must be detail oriented & reliable.
Responsibilities
- Proficient in the use and care of all equipment.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of work areas and machinery.
- Responsible for the storing, cleaning and distribution of all clothing, dry cleaning, includes washing, spot cleaning, dry cleaning, pressing, folding and properly preparing items assembly.
- Sorts soiled linen on the basis of linen type, article type, and soil type.
- Perform pre-and-post treatment of stains.
- Performs proper washing and dry cleaning procedures in accordance to machine instructions and care requirements.
- Must perform to meet standards set by rules, regulations, and operations.
- Must be able to provide quality laundry service from 50 to 100 items per hour.
