About The Position

At Cascada Spa and Hotel, we pride ourselves on providing a relaxing and luxurious environment for our guests. We are seeking dedicated and friendly Laundry Attendants to ensure the cleanliness and organization of all linens and towels used throughout our spa and hotel. Your role will be essential in maintaining our high standards of service and sustainability.

As a Laundry Attendant at Cascada Spa and Hotel, you will be responsible for managing the laundry operations to support our spa and hotel services. Your tasks will include washing, drying, and folding linens and towels, ensuring that all areas are well-stocked and ready for guest use, while upholding our commitment to sustainability and excellence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role preferred, ideally within the hospitality industry.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as a team and independently as needed in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role preferred, ideally within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
• Wash, dry, and fold towels, linens, and other items in accordance with hotel/spa standards.
• Collaborate with spa attendants and other staff to meet the laundry needs of the spa and hotel operations.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning agents and equipment.
• Assist in inventory management, always ensuring sufficient stock of linens and towels.
• Respond promptly to any special requests from team members or management regarding laundry needs.
• Uphold our sustainability practices by using resources efficiently and recycling where applicable.
