Requirements

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and attractive guestrooms.
• Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests.
• Prepare rooms for cleaning and make beds.
• Dust rooms and furniture, and replenish supplies.
• Clean bathrooms and closet areas.
• Vacuum carpets and ensure room security.
• Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests.
• Perform rotation of cleaning duties as required.
• Attend to guest calls, requests, and complaints.
• Follow standard operating procedures of the Housekeeping Department.
