Hotel Housekeeping - Room Attendant
About The Position
CUSA, LLC, a successful hotel management company, is seeking a Room Attendant for the Candlewood Suites Smyrna Georgia. The company prides itself on providing exceptional guest service, recognizing associates as its best asset, and delivering value to business partners and owners. Room Attendants are expected to provide excellent guest service while ensuring hotel guests have a clean, safe, and secure place to stay. This involves improving the guest experience by adhering to IHG Way of Clean protocols and creating a welcoming guest room environment daily, all while offering friendly service and excellent Guest Love hospitality. All job duties must be completed in conjunction with the hotel's policy and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service functions while ensuring hotel guests receive a clean, safe and secure place to stay
- Improve the guest experience by providing the IHG Way of Clean protocols and a welcoming guest room environment each and every day
- Offer friendly service and excellent Guest Love hospitality
- Complete job duties in conjunction with the hotel's policy and procedures
