We are seeking a skilled, efficient, and motivated full-time Hotel Housekeeping Manager who can motivate and inspire their team as well as maintain a sense of luxury throughout the hotel property. Position Summary: The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations in all Housekeeping functions (rooms, public spaces, and laundry) and maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the hotel. This position leads by example and contributes to a positive work environment where teamwork and elevated cleanliness standards are top priorities. The Housekeeping Manager will also manage inventory levels for the linen and goods used for guest rooms and ensure safe practices are demonstrated across the Housekeeping department, while adhering to The Cliffs' Mission, Values, and Forbes Standards.
