The Housekeeper cleans and attends to guest's needs in rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and replacing amenities. This role involves stocking supplies, reporting damages/repairs to supervisory staff, and cleaning building common areas. Responsibilities also include maintaining the organization of supply areas and equipment, requesting additional supplies as needed, documenting and reporting repairs, violations, and other building needs, and directing interactions with customers to accommodate their needs. The housekeeper is also responsible for cleaning and maintaining hallways and common guest areas.
