Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maid Carts stocked throughout the day and at end of day. Stripping all beds in timely fashion on both floors. Laundry bins brought up from P-1. Housekeeping office shelves are fully stocked at end of day. Vending/Ice area and Elevator Lobbies cleaned throughout the day. Laundry bags for dirty linen are cleared throughout the day. All bins more than half full of dirty laundry are taken to P-1 by end of day. Hallways are vacuumed Thursday-Monday. Monday and Thursday the hallway carpet edging is vacuumed with backpack vacuum. Supplies stocked as needed. Maintain a commitment to guest satisfaction and exemplary guest service. Maintain a clean and safe work environment and comply with safety procedures, including use of required safety equipment. Identify unsafe practices or conditions and inform supervisor of any unsafe conditions. Operate and maintain various cleaning equipment. Remove trash on a continuous basis throughout the hotel. Handle cleaning chemicals in accordance with OSHA regulations and company requirements.
