Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, guest-focused attitude.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, public areas, and restrooms following hotel standards and procedures.
- Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, clean windows, and replenish supplies in public spaces.
- Report any damaged equipment or repairs needed to the maintenance team promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is necessary.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and properly.
- Assist guests with inquiries politely and professionally, reflecting the Hampton Inn brand.
- Follow all safety and health regulations while performing cleaning duties.
