About The Position

The Hampton Inn is looking for a cheerful & energetic Housekeeper to join our team! Attendance and on-time reporting to work are an absolute must. You are required to be on time and report to work whenever scheduled. The most important responsibility for this job is reporting to work on time and whenever scheduled. The second most important responsibility for this job is also reporting to work on time, and whenever scheduled The hotel will benefit from a friendly and professional individual to join our Housekeeping Team.

Requirements

• Must have the ability to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers, and managers
• Excellent customer services
• Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Reporting to work on time and whenever scheduled
• Must be able to report to work if needed with little or no prior warning
• Experience is helpful but not necessary

Responsibilities

• Cleaning & arranging guest rooms
• Maintaining hotel standards for guest arrival
• Performing laundry duties
• Cleaning & maintaining common areas
• Stocking & maintaining supplies
• Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times
• Assisting guests with requests as needed
• Reporting all damages or repairs to management, as well as reporting all lost & found items
