As a Guest Service Host , you are the heart of the guest journey — welcoming families, guiding them through our contactless hotel experience, and turning simple moments into magical memories. As a Guest Service Host, you will: Warmly welcome and acknowledge guests upon arrival Efficiently perform guest check-in and check-out procedures Assist guests with reservations, kiosk use, key redemption, and general inquiries Prepare arrival documents (key cards, welcome materials, etc.) Ensure all guest registration details are complete and accurate Handle room keys in accordance with hotel procedures Coordinate with Bell/Valet and Housekeeping teams to ensure smooth arrivals Recommend hotel amenities, dining outlets, and park offerings Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and kiosk area Handle minor guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary Follow Lost & Found procedures and safeguard guest property Utilize operational systems including Kiosk, ALICE, Opera, VingCard, radios, and Google Nest Attend departmental meetings and training sessions as required You’ll also help: Make kids laugh with jokes, dances, or playful interactions Answer guest questions (even the repetitive ones!) with enthusiasm Help families feel right at home from the moment they walk in
