The Hotel Guest Service Agent is responsible for greeting guests, checking them in and out, and ensuring that all associated needs are met in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner. This role involves polite and efficient transferring of calls as needed, accurately entering information into the computer lodging system, and effectively working with VIP Services to ensure proper handling of all VIP guests. The agent is also expected to promote and project a positive image of Fitzgeralds Casino Hotel to all callers and perform other associated duties as required.
