About The Position

Essential Job Duties Clean and service assigned guest rooms and bathrooms in accordance with hotel brand standards. Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish towels and guest amenities. Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Restock housekeeping carts and maintain an organized supply of linens and cleaning products. Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damaged items in guest rooms and public areas promptly. Ensure all rooms are cleaned and ready for guest arrivals within established timeframes. Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously, providing exceptional guest service. Follow all safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures. Maintain the confidentiality and security of guest rooms and belongings. Assist with additional housekeeping tasks such as hallways, service areas, or special cleaning projects as assigned. Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors regarding room status. Skills & Abilities Push Heavy carts.
