Come join us in our mission to change the hospitality industry, forever. As the GM for the Bridge Creek Inn, you'll be an ambassador for IRHG and authentically embrace Internal Hospitality. You'll look after all aspects of the property including; people, culture, communication, and operations.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience managing operations in a hotel and restaurant environment.
  • Positive leadership experience in fast-paced, boutique hotel and full-service restaurant settings.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Authentic servant leadership focused on Internal Hospitality.
  • Skilled in problem resolution.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all operations of the hotel including People, Culture, Service, Rooms, F&B, Front Desk, and P&L's.
  • Empower the team while actively participating in operations.
  • Deliver unique experiences to team members, guests, and the local community.
  • Communicate effectively with ownership and senior leadership.
  • Embrace and promote IRHG core values.
