Requirements

Prior General Management experience in a focused, full-service, or boutique hotel environment
Ability to hire, train, and motivate a team to achieve exceptional guest service and employee retention
Experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans
Strong sales leadership skills and ability to actively participate in sales efforts
Proven ability to create and execute the hotel's annual operating budget
Command of P&L management, forecasting, and STR analysis
Knowledge and experience in managing all disciplines of the hotel including sales, front office, housekeeping, and maintenance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service
