Requirements

  • Dynamic and results-driven hospitality leader with a track record of success
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Minimum five years’ experience as Director of Operations/Hotel Manager of a large four-star or four-diamond multi-outlet convention property

Nice To Haves

  • Prior GM experience of four-star, four-diamond properties
  • Proven experience managing and overseeing both Food & Beverage and Rooms Division operations
  • Demonstrated success in achieving outstanding profit and guest service goals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
