About The Position

CUSA, LLC, one of the most successful hotel management companies in the industry, is searching for a Hotel General Manager for the Award-Winning Holiday Inn Express Woodstock GA, an IHG Elite hotel. The requirement is GM experience at a major brand to include IHG focus service hotels and or IHG full-service hotels. When joining our team, you will be joining a company who takes pride in creating an exceptional team, providing state of the art service levels, extending outstanding hospitality for excellent Guest Love scores. With top priorities of operating a profitable business, managing and controlling payroll and expenses expenses and the ability to achieve bottom-line profitability. The ability to manage and control expenses with the ebs and flows of the regular business operation. The Hotel General Manager is the leader for the team with daily oversight of all hotel departments and providing achievement of top line revenue, team building, brand training, adherence to IHG brand standards, exceeding fair share metrics for IHG Guest Love and 1Rewards enrollment goals. Achievement of STR performance metrics for MPI, ARI, RGI. Achievement of 1Rewards IHG enrollment quota on a monthly basis. Achievement of excellent Guest Love surveys in all categories from intent to recommend, overall service, food and beverage, staff service and cleanliness driving IHG brand loyalty.
