About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maximizing revenue, and maintaining operational excellence. Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably within a branded hotel.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
Excellent financial and business acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional communication and guest service skills.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage.
