About The Position

Homewood Suites is seeking candidates for the position of Front
Service/Houseperson to join their team!  Shuttle driving will be included as
needed so must have a clean driving record.

The Front Service/Houseperson will be responsible for helping to achieve ongoing
guest satisfaction by maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of
public areas and corridors of the hotel during the day shifts.  8:00 AM - 4:00
PM Monday -Friday.  Must be flexible for other shifts as needed including
weekends.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 Years Experience laundry or housekeeping
• Excellent Customer Service
• Able to work various shifts (and weekends and holidays)
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Responds to guest requests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Stocks room attendant carts and supplies
• Cleans furniture, elevators, glass etc., in public areas such as lobby, pool, public restrooms.
• Tends laundering machines – to provide ample linen supplies for morning shift.
• Assists with various housekeeping and maintenance duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Assists with shuttle service.
