The Hilton Austin Airport is looking for a talented Front Office Supervisor to join our leadership team. The role is an ideal one for someone looking to step up from a Guest Service Agent position and gain experience in a Hilton full-service hotel. Who We Are: The recently refreshed Hilton is located in the historic Air Force command building right on Austin-Bergstrom International Airport property. We are proud to be Austin's gateway full-service hotel. The hotel is managed by Pittsburgh, PA based Prospera Hospitality, with over 20 years of property management experience in hotels, restaurants, and convention centers. What You'll Do: The Supervisor will assist the Front Office Management with overseeing all Front Office Operations to ensure profitability, control costs, and meet quality standards to ensure total guest satisfaction. You will supervise the front desk and valet staff and assist with greeting guests, checking guests in and out, handling guest requests and complaints, and handling group check-ins. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a hotel setting. Proficiency with the Property Engagement Platform (PEP) will be a plus. What You'll Receive: This position will pay $20.00 per hour to start, with scheduled annual increases. Healthcare benefits are available, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
