About The Position

The Front Desk Agent at Best Western Mission Inn is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient check-in and check-out process. This part-time role involves handling guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining the front desk area while collaborating with other hotel departments to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for reservations and guest management
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information and payments
  • Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
  • Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role is an asset
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • 2 years of hotel front desk experience required
