About The Position

As a Hotel Front Desk Supervisor at Seawind Hotel Investment LLC, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and that the front desk department runs smoothly. You will work closely with the General Manager to manage various aspects of hotel operations, including guest relations, housekeeping, maintenance, finances, team building, and staff development. Your responsibilities will include supervising the front desk staff, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, and addressing any guest complaints or issues that arise during their stay. In the absence of the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the hotel, making critical decisions to maintain high standards of service and safety. In this role, you will also be responsible for approving plans, budgets, staffing, and general operating procedures for the front desk department. You will act as an administrative link between departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination among staff. Training programs will be a key focus, as you will coordinate and monitor training to ensure that all employees adhere to safety procedures and emergency plans. Regular facility inspections will be part of your duties to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are consistently met. You will also be expected to perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the hotel operations.
