About The Position

The Front Desk Supervisor at Little Rock Embassy Suites is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in creating memorable first impressions for guests. This role involves leading the front desk team in checking in and registering guests, ensuring exceptional customer service, and resolving any issues that may arise. The supervisor will also conduct pre-assignments of hotel rooms, train new front desk agents, and work closely with maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Previous hotel front desk experience is required.
  • Supervisory skills training or experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to pick up computer skills easily.
  • Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and taking sincere interest in their needs.
  • Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received and special requests are noted and fulfilled.
  • Conduct pre-assignment of hotel rooms, including VIPs, repeat guests, and special requests.
  • Help resolve problems through recovery when issues arise.
  • Train and direct the work of front desk team members to ensure quality operations.
  • Supervise daily shift processes and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Communicate and coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams.
