About The Position

Responsible for successful direction, administration and coordination of all activities of the hotel.

Requirements

  • HS DIPLOMA
  • 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
  • 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Must have basic computer knowledge with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Must possess effective communication (verbal and written) skills in English. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
  • Must be 18+ years old and be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.
  • Must adhere to all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
  • Must be committed to providing exceptional guest service through a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment.
  • Aim to exceed guest expectations with attentive, personalized service and prompt responses and resolution.

Nice To Haves

  • OPERA PMS system experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision of front desk staff.
  • Train, counsel, and provide feedback to Manager regarding staffing, hires, corrective actions, performance evaluations, attendance, and separations
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Plan work schedules to ensure maximum Guest service.
  • Facilitate the flow of information throughout the property by organizing, facilitating, and attending regularly scheduled meetings with team and other hotel departments.
  • Review various reports, identifying potential misinformation and/or conflicts, and reporting to appropriate individuals.
  • Analyze service and general operations for the front desk daily, giving feedback and offering directions as needed.
  • Tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations with Guests and Team Members to identify effective resolutions.
  • Ensure all support duties and responsibilities are carried out in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
