Serves as first point of contact for our quests with friendly greetings and exceptional guest service that exceeds our guests’ expectations. Registers guests, collects payment, and registers data regarding payment for expenditures. Provides quotes for guests and upsell rooms whenever possible. Performs all check-in and check-out tasks. Ensures all charges are applied to the correct guest account. Resolves all guest disputes. Answers external and internal telephone inquiries, deliver mail and respond to inquiries regarding the casino promotions, events, restaurants, surrounding area and attractions. Ensures all cash and cash equivalents are accounted for at the beginning and end of each shift. Provides administrative and program support to management and staff. Greets all guests and ensures an exceptional customer service experience. Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required. Communicate with housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean and ready to accommodate guests needs. Maintains a working knowledge of business objectives in order to deliver quality products and service that meets guest needs. Works in a clean, sanitary, safe, and organized manner abiding by all health and safety regulations. Maintains a professional appearance and acts as a role model according to the established grooming and appearance policy. Stays informed on casino facilities, as well as current and upcoming special events, in order to advise guests and fellow team members, whenever possible. Performs all other duties as assigned.
