About The Position

Join our dynamic hospitality team at Staybridge Suites, a select-service hotel with 115 rooms dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences. The Front Office Manager oversees all Front Office operations and ensures a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. This role partners closely with the General Manager and requires a flexible leader who is willing to assist in all departments to support hotel success.

Responsibilities

  • Assume responsibility for running Front Desk shifts as needed to ensure a seamless and efficient guest experience.
  • Continuously interact with guests, seeking their feedback on product quality, service levels, and overall satisfaction.
  • Empower associates to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring they understand expectations and are equipped to deliver.
  • Emphasize Heartbeat scores during departmental meetings, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure accuracy in billing, cash handling, and compliance procedures.
