About The Position
Be the smile that starts every great stay! Residence Inn by Marriott in East Peoria , is currently adding both a full time and part time Front Desk Guest Service Agent to our team! We are looking for individuals who are able to work, 2nd shift: 2pm-10pm , 3pm-11pm, and 4pm-12am. Who We Are: Frontier Hospitality Group has been locally owned since 1950. Requirements
- Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provides high-quality customer service.
- Handles guest reservations.
- Answers and transfers phone calls.
- Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc.
- Other duties as required with the department.
