About The Position

The Waikiki Central Hotel is seeking a full-time Hotel Front Desk Clerk to manage guest interactions and perform various operational tasks. This role is essential for ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process, maintaining hotel standards, and providing excellent customer service in a small independent hotel setting.

Requirements

  • Must be able to pass drug test
  • Must be able to lift 40 pounds for 20 feet
  • Must be fairly proficient in using a computer
  • Must be punctual and show up on time
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently
  • A good independent attitude

Responsibilities

  • Making reservations
  • Check in/out guests
  • Washing and folding towels
  • Housekeeping duties to include making beds and cleaning bathrooms
  • Maintenance work
  • Interacting with guests
