About The Position

Front Desk Ambassadors are responsible for completing arrival and departure transactions for guests checking in/out of the hotel. Additionally, Ambassadors are responsible for assisting guests with a variety of questions and concerns while delivering excellent customer service at all times. They greet all guests with the proper introduction, making them feel welcome, and handle all transactions related to checking guests in and out of the hotel per standard operating procedures. This includes working in the lobby to patrol front desk lines while encouraging guests to use the Front Desk Kiosks for self-service. Ambassadors attend to all guest inquiries in an upbeat and positive manner, maintain accuracy in cashiering and paperwork, and assist guests with problems and special requests relating to their stay at Harrah's Laughlin.
