About The Position
We are a full-service hotel seeking to enhance our team with a part-time Guest Service Agent at the Radisson Hotel Santa Maria. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced hotel environment, demonstrating dependability, energy, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. While prior hotel experience is preferred, we are open to training the right individual who possesses a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for managing front desk operations, addressing guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
